Position: Business Developer Officer
Description: NBRS Financial Bank is seeking an experienced Business Developer whose primary responsibility will be to grow the company in the significant, expanding, and vibrant Harford County market. He/She will be the liaison between NBRS and the Harford County Business community.
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive strategic development
- Increase brand awareness with businesses
- Develop and retain customer relationships
- Achieve deposit growth goals
- Provide and coordinate presentations
- Significantly expand the banks franchise in a $3.0 billion market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent business development experience.
- Demonstrated proven track record in business development and retention.
- Knowledge of the Harford County Community preferred.
